I have ordered raincoat from germany on 27th May & when I am tracking the order it says the parcel is on hold with customs since 09/06/2021 (AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S) attached is the screenshot CP[protected]DE.
Please release the parcel and deliver it to me.

My parcel has been held at Kolkata custom since 2nd August 2021. I request the concerned Dept to release my item soon. Its the accessories for my wedding. Right now the status is "Awaiting presentation to border agancy" i have attached the screeshot of the tracking status.

My item is stuck at Kolkata customs too. It’s just personal documents. No commercial value. It says Customs Hold and AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S. Why hold documents? It’s now 4 days. I need it urgently. Why should it take tjis long to clear simple letters and documents? Why hold it in the first place? Please release it and deliver. It is EMS speed post and has been in transit for a month now. It is supposed to expedited 3-5 days.
